Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ColonyMate℠ (the "Service"), operated by Optimum Software Co. ("we," "us," "the Company"), a micro-enterprise registered under the Udyam Registration scheme (Udyam Registration Number: UDYAM-UP-56-0177100). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• A society administrator account is created by registering a society and confirms they are authorized to act for it.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Onboarding and fees

To activate a society, an administrator must complete verification with our payment partner, Razorpay, and pay the one-time onboarding fee of ₹999. The onboarding fee is non-refundable once verification has been submitted to Razorpay, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, interfere with the Service, or upload false billing or resident information.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
