Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Onboarding Fees (For Administrators)
The ₹999 onboarding fee required to activate a society on ColonyMate is non-refundable once your KYC details have been submitted to Razorpay for verification. If a technical error on our platform prevents your society from being activated, a full refund will be initiated.
2. Maintenance Bill Payments (For Residents)
ColonyMate provides the software infrastructure for societies to collect maintenance payments. We are not the beneficiaries of these payments; funds are routed directly to your society's registered bank account.
- If you believe you have been incorrectly billed, you must contact your society administrator directly to request a cancellation or adjustment.
- If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account, it will automatically be refunded to the original payment method by Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
3. Processing of Refunds
Any approved refunds originating from Optimum Software Co. will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to the original source of payment.
